1.1 MAIL:ORDER:KAISER offers you complete information and comprehensive newsletter services (following called "services"). Because of your registration at MAIL:ORDER:KAISER you will be informed about the current offers at the website www.mokm.de. MAIL:ORDER:KAISER will provide you with these services free of charge. MAIL:ORDER:KAISER is authorised to change or cancel the range of products at any time.
1.2 MAIL:ORDER:KAISER offers you a wide range of books, CDs, LPs, MCs, videos, DVDs and other additional media products at www.mokm.de.
2. Registration
2.1 Your registration is necessary to participate at our services. You can only be accept as a member of MAIL:ORDER:KAISER when you are 18 years old and contractually capable.
2.2 You commit yourself to provide MAIL:ORDER:KAISER with the correct and complete information, which is necessary for your registration.
2.3 MAIL:ORDER:KAISER is entitled to stop access to its services in case of abuse. There is no legal claim to participate at the services. Furthermore MAIL:ORDER:KAISER may refuse the registration of a participant without any reasons.
2.4 MAIL:ORDER:KAISER and/or MAIL:ORDER:KAISER Buchversand GmbH and/or one of its subsidiary companies will send you sporadically information and offers for their services and their products by e-mail, because of your registration to receive the newsletter.
3. Data Contents of MAIL:ORDER:KAISER
Texts, information and commentaries, presented on the website of MAIL:ORDER:KAISER, are checked carefully. Nevertheless MAIL:ORDER:KAISER takes no responsibility for the trueness of the published data.
4. Right of Use
You commit yourself to making only personal use of all data contents at the website of MAIL:ORDER:KAISER.
5. Limitation of Liability
The clause is not applicable.
6. Notice of Cancellation
You are authorised to cancel the contract or the newsletter. MAIL:ORDER:KAISER is entitled to cancel the contract without previous notice.
7. Revocation:
Right of withdrawal instruction
(1) Right of Revocation
You can withdraw your contract declaration in textual form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) within 14 days without giving any reasons or - if the item is relinquished to you before the deadline - by returning the goods.
The period starts after receipt of this written notification, but not before the goods have reached the consignee (in the recurring supply of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before the compliance of our duty to furnish information according § 312c, para 2 of the German Civil Code in connection with § 1, para 1, 2 and 4 German Civil Code InfoV as well as our obligations according § 312e para 1 sentence 1 in connection with § 3 German Civil Code InfoV.
It is sufficient to send the revocation or the item right in time for meeting the cancellation time limit.

(3) Legal consequences of revocation
In case revocation will be effective, the benefits received by each party have to be returned and any obtained utilisation has to be given back.
If you can you give us the received performance not or only in total or in partial deteriorated condition, you will be obliged to pay compensation for value.
This does not apply if the deterioration is due exclusively inspection of the thing like it would be possible to do in a retail outlet.
You do not have to pay compensation for value if the deterioration has occur because of intended utilisation of the thing.
Returning items which can be send as a parcel will be transported at our risk.
You have to pay the costs of returning consignments when the delivered goods are in accordance with the ordered goods and when the price of returning items does not exceed 40 Euro or in case the price is higher and you did not reciprocated or effected a contractual partial instalment.
